Team Falcons Launches CS2 Academy — Applications Open for Everyone

The esports club Team Falcons has officially announced the launch of a Counter-Strike 2 academy named Falcons Force. The new project aims to discover and develop young talents, preparing players for top-level competition. Anyone interested can apply, with submissions now open on the academy's dedicated website.

The selection process for Falcons Force will take place in three stages. First, candidates will submit an online application, followed by special qualification tournaments organized under the club’s banner. In the final stage, the coaching staff will select the best players based on the results of these competitions. Academy participants will be promised professional coaching from experienced players and coaches, training in team strategies and map control, as well as bootcamps with modern gaming infrastructure.

The academy’s head coach is Danish Niels Christian “NaToSaphiX” Silassen, a former professional player (having played for Heroic and mousesports), and later coach of the female team NIP Impact. NaToSaphiX will be responsible for building the Falcons Force team from scratch and preparing promising players for the professional esports scene. This approach aligns with the growing trend of top clubs investing in their own academy rosters to nurture future stars of the discipline.

Recently, Team Falcons strengthened its main roster by signing 17-year-old Team Spirit academy player Maksim “kyousuke” Lukin. According to insiders, the transfer fee may have been around $2 million, but the organization’s founder, Musaed “Msdossary” Al-Dosari, publicly denied this information, stating that the actual cost was significantly lower. However, the move of kyousuke became part of Team Falcons’ aggressive 2025 transfer campaign, showcasing the club's serious ambitions in the CS2 scene. The launch of their own academy complements this strategy—now, the organization plans not only to buy established stars but also to raise a new generation of professional players on its own.
