HLTV Awards 2025: date and location announced

HLTV.org has officially announced the date and location for the upcoming HLTV Awards 2025. The ceremony will take place on January 10, 2026, in Belgrade, Serbia’s capital. This will be the fourth edition of the annual event honoring the top players, teams, and coaches in the world of Counter-Strike 2.

The HLTV Awards highlight individual and team excellence across various categories. These include Player of the Year, AWPer of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Coach of the Year. Additionally, HLTV reveals both global and regional all-star lineups. Winners are selected based on a combination of statistics, expert input, and voting from journalists and professionals in the scene.

Last year’s HLTV Awards 2024 also took place in Belgrade on January 11. That event crowned Danil "donk" Kryshkovets as the best player of the year, with Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov finishing second and Mathieu "ZywOo" Herbaut in third.
