The tournament took place from July 15 to 20, 2025, in Belgrade, Serbia. With a total prize pool of $1,000,000, it featured top-tier teams from Europe, as well as representatives from Asia and the Americas. For TYLOO, the event became a true breakthrough: they earned $150,000 in prize money and climbed to 7th place in Valve’s global rankings, surpassing teams like FaZe and Virtus.pro.

The grand final was played in a BO5 format, with each map filled with tension and drama:

  • Inferno: 10–13 (Astralis win)

  • Nuke: 13–4 (TYLOO domination)

  • Mirage: 16–14 (clutch-heavy edge)

  • Ancient: 13–10 (confident series close)

Mirage was especially notable, as the Chinese team came back from match points and sealed the map with an incredible comeback. On Nuke, Tyloo overwhelmed their opponent with a dominant performance across every metric.

JamYoung MVP of FISSURE Playground

The standout player of the final was Yi "JamYoung" Yang, who delivered a phenomenal performance:

  • Total K/D: 90–56

  • Average Damage per Round (ADR): 99+

  • HLTV Rating: 1.45

  • On Nuke: 1.84 rating

  • On Mirage: 30 kills, 1.62 rating

  • On Ancient: key clutches and 1.61 rating

His aggressive style, precise aim, and composure in critical moments made all the difference. The community is already calling JamYoung one of the best players of 2025.

TYLOO’s victory is more than just a single successful tournament — it’s a powerful sign that the Asian CS2 scene is returning to the global stage. TYLOO has long dominated their region, but hadn’t seen results like this at international events since the CS:GO era. Now, with sharp aim, flexible strategies, and star-level individual plays, they are asserting themselves as true contenders for top spots worldwide.

Both TYLOO and Astralis have confirmed their participation in IEM Cologne 2025, which kicks off on July 23. The triumph at FISSURE Playground serves as the perfect warm-up for one of the summer’s biggest tournaments. All eyes are now on TYLOO — can they prove they’re the new global force in CS2?

ZywOo Is the Best CS Player in History — But Not the Greatest

Tyloo’s win over Astralis and their FISSURE Playground title represent the revival of Chinese esports on the international scene. The team has shown they’re ready to battle the world’s elite, and JamYoung has firmly established himself as one of the breakout stars of the season.
