Cloud9 Explored Buying Out Natus Vincere Junior CS2 Roster

Esports organization Cloud9 has been exploring the possibility of rebuilding their Counter-Strike 2 roster. According to insider Vladislav “harumi” Radvilovich, the club planned to sign the Natus Vincere Junior roster. He shared this information on his personal Telegram channel.

The insider did not provide any further details about the potential deal. Harumi also did not clarify whether the North American club still maintains interest in signing the young Natus Vincere roster. Representatives of Cloud9 have yet to comment on rumors about a possible CS2 roster revival.

Cloud9 closed its CS2 division in January 2025 following a disappointing performance at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 RMR tournament. The team at that championship consisted of Sergey “Ax1Le” Rykhtorov, Kirill “Boombl4” Mikhailov, Timofey “interz” Yakushin, Nikita “HeavyGod” Martynenko, and Kaisar “ICY” Faiznurov.
