Passion UA Disbands CS2 Roster

Ukrainian esports organization Passion UA has officially announced the complete disbandment of its Counter-Strike 2 roster. The official statement was published on the club’s X social media page.

According to the announcement, three core roster members — Vladyslav "Kvem" Korol, Nikita "jackasmo" Skyba, and Serhii "DemQQ" Demchenko — have been moved to the bench and remain under contract with the organization. The remaining members, including Oleksii "Topa" Topchienko, Volodymyr "Woro2k" Veletniuk, and coach Tiaan "T.c" Coertzen, have all left the club. Passion UA representatives were quick to suggest that this decision is not the end of the saga for the club: "This is not the end of Passion UA's story, but rather the beginning of a new chapter."

The newly broken up roster had achieved great results earlier this year. In June 2025, the team secured first place at the Glitched Masters 2025 in Sweden, showcasing strong performances against European opponents. However, the following months proved less successful — the squad failed to qualify for the CS Asia Championships 2025 and ESL Pro League Season 22, and also missed out on the LAN finals of the BLAST Bounty 2025 Season 2.
